The value of this event was hearing how others have dealt with similar situations

It is a very good subject to discuss particularly at this time. We discussed many ideas and approaches and I think we all learned something along the way

The value obtained from this event was through open discussion by delegates

The value for me was understanding first hand the use of pre-packs

Key tip - develop a five point plan to turnaround and speak to others in the Exchange for advice

I think the recognition of the signs that a business is heading in the wrong direction was an important lesson for me

Always plan for the unexpected and consider as early as possible, threats that could be catastophic to your business

I thought Brian was excellent, and can't speak highly enough of his skills in managing an awkward topic

Brian was first class, he involved everyone, kept to subject and kept to time

Brian was very efficient, controlled and allowed discussion to flow in a positive manner

Brian was a very good chairperson who made sure everybody was kept involved in the discussions

I learned a great deal about Tarak's motivation and worries as a business person going through restructuring. I was interested in his motivations, and commend him for his honesty
