An interesting debate which allowed me to reflect on my own areas for improvement
Peter described Les McKeown's stages of a Companies growth and I found this really intriguing, I am going to buy the book as I think it puts some structure around the madness that can go on within your business
The value is sitting with a group of attendees whom had invaluable input but also had issues that I could help with, easy atmosphere that made you feel that you could talk in confidence
Key tip for me - hearing about the 4 stages of development struck a chord
Key tip was the process to keep staff motivated. Put it in writing. Don't waiver if someone isn't performing
Cameron kept the talk flowing
Cameron was totally in control, researched the subject and knew all the attendees. Excellent
Peter had a very relaxed style which was suited to the event and style of the evening
