Good to hear others experience of the different ways of raising finance

It was really good to hear the funding perspective from an insider's perspective. It was good to get a better understanding of the angel network: what they are looking for, and to get a feel for the numbers and deals that have occurred in the past

Hearing about various ways to obtain funding for expansion was of value to me

The value is great networking opportunities, and it gave me confidence that we are not alone and that opportunities exist

Excellent insight into funding options available today

keep an open mind and always be fully prepared. There is a lot of investment money available: just choose wisely!

Key tip for me was re a total prepared Business Plan with detailed projections that you can meet

Tip of the evening for me was that SE funding is not for everyone & alernatives exist. Not to let bank bully us!

My key tip - understanding exactly what the company needs are and that will make decision making on what type of finance is needed much more straightforward
