At our first Annual Dinner in November 1995, our intention was to create a high profile platform to celebrate entrepreneurship and to highlight the achievements of successful entrepreneurs in Scotland. With the support of Deloitte and The Herald we have certainly done what we set out to do. The awards, which launch today are Scotland's longest standing awards "for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs" and form the cornerstone of our Annual Dinner which will be held at the Hilton Glasgow on Thursday 27 November 2014.

The evening will see the presentation of the coveted Entrepreneur of the Year and Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year awards, highly competitive awards with a rigorous selection and interview process.

We would ask that you take the time to consider nominating someone who you feel deserves to be recognised as either the Emerging or Entrepreneur of the Year. We will gladly accept self nominations.

To enter, please either fill out the online nomination form or, if you prefer, download the attached pdf version of this year's nomination form

Deadline for nominations is 12 noon on Friday 22 August 2014. If you require additional forms or information please contact Kylie Forrest on 01698 459966 or email kylie.forrest@klevents.co.uk

We hope you are able to contribute to the continued success of these prestigious awards and look forward to welcoming you on the night.

Yours sincerely
