Liz is currently Chief Executive of Hurricane Restaurants Limited – the informal dining experience. The first Hurricane Bar and Grill opened in Edinburgh in August 2002, with the second and larger Hurricane making its mark in Manchester in September 2003. Two down eight to go!
Formerly Chief Executive of Le Bistro Hospitality – Scotland’s largest independent event and leisure caterer – Liz sold the company in 2001.
In between, Liz travelled to gain ideas for the Hurricane concept and also took up a part time position as Commercial Director of Loch Lomond Shores, developing the business plan and financial models for the catering and events business.
