HOW TO WIN THE TALENT WAR

Can't get the staff or just can't keep them? Continuing the series of special events with Corporate Members of the Entrepreneurial Exchange, specialists from Dundas & Wilson explored the ways in which a business employer can tackle these issues. Whether they are employees, resource, human capital or just overhead to you, the right people can be hard to find and even harder to keep!
This Masterclass looked at bonus and share incentive schemes, flexible working and relocation arrangements, amongst others, as means of attracting and keeping good employees.  The bedrock for these issues is a tangled maze of legislation favouring the employee combined with often complex tax rules.  The Masterclass was a guide through that maze from a commercial perspective intended to redress the balance in the employer's favour.
