Keith Anderson, a Glasgow University accountancy graduate, spent the first ten years of his working life in a small Scottish communications company learning about telecommunications and data networking culminating in promotion to Managing Director. 4 years as MD and one failed MBO later he decided to set up on his own and build a business from scratch. Having started Boston Networks Ltd in March 2000 with personal funds he has won a string of business awards for his innovative use of wireless technology to deploy low cost high performance telecom networks throughout the UK and is now one of the leading providers of Fixed Wireless Access and traditional cabled communication networks in the fastest growing sector in IT and Telecommunications. Despite the downturn in the telecom economy Boston Networks has been profitable since day one and is on target to hit £2.5 million in it's third trading year with projections to achieve £10 million within a further 2 years.
