Adjusting to growth can be difficult.  Challenges and opportunities will arise which demand different solutions.  A previous strategy may no longer work.  Expanding your business may add a layer of complexity with the entrepreneur finding themselves dealing less with the day-to-day running of the business.

Richard Freedman transformed his his company that provided a kilt hire service to the retail sector into the largest Formal Hire business in the UK.  ACS Clothing has grown from 25 employees in an 8,000sq ft unit to 150 employees operating from a 100,000sq ft purpose built unit in the east end of Glasgow.
