Peter Casebow

Peter Casebow, is Chief Executive and one of the founders of GoodPractice. Under his leadership GoodPractice has grown to be the UK’s leading provider of online leadership and management content. Currently they support over 1 million leaders and managers in 250 of the UK’s leading organisations.

Formerly, Head of Strategic Communication at the Royal Bank of Scotland he introduced business television across the bank and was responsible for the bank’s internet and intranet development. His successful track record includes 20 years in banking, training, HR and communication as part of RBS’s transformational change project, Columbus.

Peter is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University. He is on the Management Committee of Devonshire House Management Club (Scotland) a Director of Penicuik YMCA and volunteers as a Community First Responder in Penicuik.

Outside of GoodPractice his passions are his family, rugby, hill-walking/mountaineering, playing 5-a-side football (his team mates think he’s still playing rugby) and single cask malt whisky. He’s married to Carolyn with three teenage children.

Cameron Grant

Cameron co-founded 3x1 Public Relations in 2001. It is one of only two Scotland agencies to be ranked in PR Week’s Top 150 league table and Top 40 outside London and has won the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Scottish consultancy team of the year award twice in the last three years.

He has over 20 years industry experience and is a fellow of the CIPR. He is currently chair of the Public Relations Consultants Association in Scotland and is a past chair of CIPR Scotland. He served on the UK executive for three years latterly as chair of the Professional Practices Committee. Cameron currently sits on the Industry Advisory Panel at Edinburgh Napier University’s BA (Hon) Communication, Advertising & Public Relations degree course.

3x1 has offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The team of 16 account handlers specialises in public relations, reputation management and strategic marketing. 

Team 3x1 has extensive experience working across private and public sector campaigns in media relations; crisis and issue management, economic development; tourism, sport & leisure; food & drink; environmental PR; corporate & financial communications; retail, property & planning and not-for-profit.

Cameron has personally raised in excess of £40,000 for charity completing the New York Marathon, Caledonian Challenge and this year crossed over 200km of ice and snow within the Arctic Circle by dogsled. A keen skier, fisher, shot and golfer he plays off a 4 handicap, was Captain of Glasgow Golf Club in 2009 and is a member of Prestwick & Strathendrick Golf Clubs.
