Inner City 100 - Mastclimbers Elevated to ‘Hall of Fame’

At the prestigious Inner City 100 Awards Ceremony last week, hosted by Rt Hon Gordon Brown MP, Mastclimbers Ltd were initiated into the esteemed ‘Hall of Fame’ of Inner City 100 winners.

The Inner City 100 index, sponsored by The Royal Bank of Scotland & HM Treasury, and compiled by government think tank the New Economics Foundation, is an index highlighting the fastest growing, inner city located, entrepreneurial driven private companies.

Mastclimbers, founded in Glasgow in 1996, provides a specialist contracting service for the provision of men and material access to the new build and refurbishment construction industries.  With hub distribution now managed from Glasgow, Manchester and London, the unique supply formula based around provision of Mast Climbing Work Platforms offers local authorities, developers and contractors a quicker, cheaper and safer means of access for construction, than by conventional methods.

Mastclimbers has achieved prominent listing on the index in each of the last three years, with an average 5year revenue growth of a spectacular 496% (366% in ‘96-2000, 690% in ’97-2001 and 434% in ’98-2002).
This phenomenal growth has secured their elevation to the prestigious ‘Hall of Fame’.
